I said, 'What do we have to do now?' And he said, 'You'll need to walk down'. "I don't like heights was on the big wheel and was scared on that. I couldn't believe we had to walk. We were on the very top bit. I actually went on my at one point." Brooke, from Essex, said: "They asked, 'Are you good at climbing?' before we got out." Johnny added: "We could have hurt ourselves if we had fallen." After they climbed down to safety, Liz was soaked and badly shaken by her ordeal. But she claims staff just ignored their complaints.

Liz said: "They just took us down and that was it. "My husband had been away for a walk and wondered what had happened. He said they should have offered us free burberry locations passes.
